The Kansas Association of Broadcasters Awards, held on Tuesday, October 17 in Manhattan, KS provided plenty of smiles for the company. In addition to winning several awards – including three first-place awards – 41-year radio veteran Marlena Adkinson was inducted into the Kansas Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame. Those years were all spent at KTPK-FM in Topeka. Account Executive Tim Kolling was the recipient of the Mike Oatman Award for outstanding achievement in broadcast sales, sales management, and mentoring others to sales success, while Larry Riggins was elected Chairman of the Kansas Association of Broadcasters Board of Directors for 2018.

“I am exceptionally proud of this team. Their dedication to the listeners and clients is unreal and I am proud to work next to them every day. I am honored to be elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and look forward to making this a great 2018,” remarked Riggins.
