Entercom Makes It Official In San Francisco

As Radio Ink reported last week, Steve DiNardo was let go from his post as Market Manager for Entercom San Francisco. He had been with Entercom since 2012 and held the position of Market Manager in San Francisco since 2014. Entercom confirmed on Monday that former CMG Orlando Market Manager Susan Larkin is now running the San Francisco cluster. The San Francisco market will see additional change for sure as the Entercom/CBS deal comes to a close.

As part of the Entercom/CBS merger, three Entercom stations in San Francisco are being sold off. They are KBLX-FM (UrbanAC), KOIT-FM(AC), and KUFX-FM (Classic Rock).

CBS Radio owns KLLC-FM (Hot AC), KMVQ-FM (Top 40), KCBS-AM (News), KITS (Alternative), and KFRC-FM (News). KMVQ-FM is also being sold as part of the merger in order for Entercom to get under the local ownership rules.

As of now Doug Harvil is the Vice President, General Manager of the CBS Radio cluster.

Larkin was hired away from CMG by Entercom in July.
