Philadelphia’s 105.3 WDAS FM, “Philly’s Best R&B and Throwbacks,” is honoring noted local personality Tony Brown’s 45th anniversary in radio with a special celebration on Monday, October 2, 2017 at Relish in Philadelphia at 8 p.m. ET. The tribute will include a Q&A with Brown about his legendary career, and an appearance from soul singer Will Downing.
“I never imagined my radio career would span 45 years, but then again, I love it so much that I never thought of doing anything else,” said Brown. “With God’s blessings, help from my wife Sunshine, and fan support, I’ve been able to keep it going.”
