Tim Maranville has been named President/GM for KGGN-FM, owned by Cornerstone Church, serving the San Jacinto Valley north of San Diego. Maranville will leave his position as Curtis Media’s Director of Programming/WBBB-FM, Raleigh, by mid-September. Previously, Maranville worked at Westwood One, USA Radio Networks, CBS, and Denver Radio Company among others.
Ed Krick, Executive Director of Cornerstone Church, said “I’m thrilled that Tim agreed to join Cornerstone for this project. We are excited to see what God will do in this situation!”
Maranville added, “I would like to thank my team at WBBB for an extraordinary run from worst to best in Raleigh, a true blessing. Looking to the future, I could not be happier to be working with Cornerstone to bring the Gospel to the San Jacinto valley through a local radio presence.”
