The provider of commercial and program delivery services has moved into larger digs and added radio veteran Trent Muldrow to the team. Muldrow will provide technical support, training, and installations for the company’s successful AIM and MediaShooterPro softwares. A South Carolina native, Muldrow will remain based on the East Coast, allowing him to expand regular tech support hours to 8 a.m.–8 p.m. ET (5 a.m.–8 p.m. PT). Muldrow, with nearly two decades experience in the broadcast industry, was most recently Director of Engineering for the Eastern Region of Alpha Media, overseeing 15 markets.
