The former ESPN host with Ryen Russillo, who was fired several months ago when the network laid off dozens, begins a daily show (1-4 p.m.) on SiriusXM channel 84 starting today. FOX Sports is also expected to announce that Kanell will be a part-time analyst for games on FS1 and FS2 starting this Saturday.
Even though a UNC-CH alum, I respected and looked forward to watching Kanell on ESPN. Not just the radio show but the whole season of college football as well. I also get Sirius and will listen daily and also watch on FS1 and FS2. Glad to see he landed on his feet. I think he will be in a better atmosphere.
