That’s what Taylor Swift’s mother Andrea Swift said on the stand yesterday during the trial between her daughter and fired former KYGO morning man David Mueller. Andrea told the court when she saw this picture (seen here courtesy of TMZ) the knew something was horribly wrong. “There’s something going on in her eyes. I wanted to vomit and cry at the same time.” Swift’s mom then gestured in court toward Mueller and said, “He sexually assaulted her. Right there, that guy.”
Mueller says his palm was facing down and he did not grope the superstar, who was 23 years old at the time of the incident in 2013. After Swift complained to her mom and several others Mueller was tossed from the event. KYGO conducted an investigation and Mueller was fired. He filed a lawsuit against Swift and is attempting to clear his name. He says Swift’s team cost him his job. Swift’s mom testified that she did want Mueller to be fired from his job but didn’t demand that from KYGO management. She says she wanted to keep the photo private so this incident did not define her daughter’s life.
The trial resumes today and is expected to last 9 days.
