The trial between former KYGO morning man David Mueller and Taylor Swift is set to begin this week. Mueller says he’s being falsely accused of putting his hand under Swift’s dress during a backstage meet and greet in 2013. He says the accusation led to him being fired by management and he’s seeking $3 million. In her counter-suit Swift says she knows for sure he did it and is asking for $1, while holding Mueller responsible and “serving as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts.” Swift is expected to testify.
