KOA Newsradio’s Steffan Tubbs was arrested for domestic violence disturbance via phone on Sunday. The police report says Tubbs is accused of repeatedly calling the victim and sending her harassing voice, video and text messages, using vulgar language with intent to annoy the victim.” Tubbs has been with KOA in Denver for 12 years.
