It’s a $15,000 fine for Wilner Lundi for operating an unlicensed station on 91.5 and 104.7 MHz in Lake Worth, Florida. The Commission says Lundi operated unauthorized stations three times in 2015. Vilnord Simon also gets nailed with a $15,000 penalty for his pirate station at 103.1 in North Miami. Simon was also caught three times in 2015 and 2016.
