The Steve Miller Band and Peter Frampton were on hand for 97.1 The River’s (WSRV-FM/Atlanta), big day “The River’s Rockin’ Birthday Bash” on Sunday, July 16 at Verizon Amphitheatre in Alpharetta. The venue was filled with nearly 6,000 fans and the event was a party from start to finish, with an interactive photo booth, a private VIP section, and the opportunity for listeners to meet station personalities Steve Craig, Kaedy Kiely, and English Nick at the live pre-show broadcast.
