The WABC New York talk host was arrested Tuesday morning outside of the Mayor’s residence, Gracie Mansion. Cumulus promoted the arrest in a press release, stating, “The arrest took place just after 8 a.m. while Sliwa, who also serves as the Reform Party chairman, was attempting to serve Mayor Bill De Blasio legal documents regarding the Working Families Party ballot line.
