Joshua “J1” Raiford is the new PD at Radio One’s WKYS-FM (Hip Hop) in Washington, DC. Raiford joins WKYS-FM from Radio One Indianapolis where he was Program Director for Hot 96.3 and Boom 102.9, and weekend personality on Hot 96.3.
