The search is on to find a replacement for the 20-year WIVK/Knoxville morning team. Andy Ritchie and Alison Mencer are calling it a day after entertaining Tennessee audiences since 1997, and winning 10 CMA and ACM morning show awards along the way. The dynamic duo has agreed to remain on the WIVK morning show while a nationwide search for a replacement for the Country station is conducted.
