ESPN has made it official. Trey Wingo will join Mike Golic this fall when Mike Greenberg moves over to host his own program on the TV side of ESPN. Wingo and Golic will initially be simulcast on ESPN2, before moving to their permanent simulcast home on ESPNU. Mike Golic, Jr. will join the show every day from 6-7 a.m.

“ESPN Radio has been entertaining and informing millions on their way to work every morning for years,” said Traug Keller, Senior VP, ESPN Audio. “We are thrilled that Mike and Trey, two talented, informative and engaging personalities, will host the latest iteration of the sports morning show of record and be joined daily by Mike Jr. This trio will retain ESPN Radio’s leadership position in the morning drive space.”

Golic added, “With Mike & Mike ending later this year, I am looking forward to the opportunity to begin the next chapter of the ESPN morning show with Trey and my son Mike. Both men will bring new and interesting voices to our morning conversations and help to create a fresh, fun show for our audience. I appreciate the loyalty of those who have started their mornings with us over the years and hope they continue to do so for years to come.”
