Pandora’s premium subscription service is launching this week with some listeners getting a free trial Wednesday. All other listeners will have an option to upgrade to the $9.99 per-month service over the next few weeks. Existing Pandora Plus subscribers will get six months of Premium for free. Trial lengths for existing Pandora ad-supported listeners and those new to Pandora vary.
