Thursday, Feb. 9 is the deadline to enter the prestigious 2017 Edward R. Murrow Awards. Early bird rates end Friday, February 3, after which the full rate will apply. The entry prices shown online will switch over to the full rate after Friday. The deadline includes Murrow, Student Murrow and Kaleidoscope entries, which must be received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, Thursday, February 9, 2017. Judging will take place in March, with regional winners announced in April, and those winners automatically move on to the national competition.
Submit your entries using our online registration system. Entries will be accepted online through the deadline of February 9. Stories told between January 1 and December 31, 2016 on radio, television and digital media are eligible for entry in the 2017 contest.
