Scott Smith has been inducted into the Alaska Broadcasters Hall of Fame. The 27-year broadcasting vet worked his way up from Account Executive to Market Manager. He has served on the Alaska Broadcaster’s Association for 20 years and is a two-time past president. Smith has also been honored with Broadcaster of the Year 2010 and President’s Award 2014.
Smith said, “It is an enormous honor to be added to the list of pioneers in Alaskan broadcasting whose efforts brought live media to the 49th State. I am humbled and thrilled to be a part of the greatest industry in our nation – one in which we protect, educate, inform, entertain, and engage with our listeners and clients.”
