WWLTV has the details about Reno who was heard on the air in New Orleans for 50 years. The report says Reno died Monday after experiencing some health problems the past few months. He was 72. For the past 21 years, Reno hosted afternoon drive on WTIX-FM in New Orleans. Before that he worked at several other stations after starting his career at WTIX when it was on the AM dial.
