CBS-owned WFAN in New York is adding more games to its 2016-2017 NHL coverage. Thirty New York Islanders games are being added, in addition to WFAN being the flagship station for the New Jersey Devils. The Islanders’ other regular season games (there are a total of 82) will be broadcast on AM 970 The Answer. The two stations will alternate Islanders’ playoff games, if they make the playoffs.
