CBS Radio and Westwood One have renewed their multi-platform content and distribution agreement, meaning Westwood will continue to distribute CBS Sports Radio, which has 300-plus affiliates and features hosts like Jim Rome and Doug Gottlieb; CBS Radio News; and The Daily Download With Carson Daly.
