Jeff Warshaw’s Connoisseur Media has sold a package of towers in Long Island, Norwalk, CT., Erie, Pa. and Billings, Montana, to CTI Towers. And, what makes this deal different from many other tower sale deals done by radio companies, is that Connoisseur will not have to pay rent for the towers moving forward. CTI manages over 600 towers. Michael Bergner from Bergner & Co. was the exclusive broker for this deal.
