iHeartMedia’s former Mid-Atlantic Region, which consisted of the Washington, DC, Baltimore, and Virginia markets, will be realigned. The DC and Baltimore markets become the new Washington, DC Region and the Virginia markets join the Carolina Region to form the Virginia-Carolina Region. Michael Preacher and Dave Carwile will take new roles.
Preacher, formerly Senior VP of Strategic Partnerships, becomes President of the Washington, DC Region and Government Initiatives. Region President Dave Carwile becomes President of the Virginia-Carolina Region, which now includes Richmond, Harrisonburg, Norfolk, Roanoke, and Lynchburg, VA; Winchester, Charlotte, Raleigh, Asheville, and Greenville, SC; and Greensboro, NC.
