The Wall Street Journal has the details about Univision winning a court-administered auction for Gawker Media Group. Univision outbid Ziff Davis for Gawker which was forced into bankruptcy after losing a big legal fight with former professional wrestler Hulk Hogan. The sale must now be approved by U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Stuart M. Bernstein at a hearing later this week.
