Cumulus Chattanooga makes the announcement that Dave Hooker is the new co-host at SportTalk, the long-running afternoon sports talk show on WGOW FM. Hooker joins hosts Scott McMahen and Joe Varner on the popular sports show that’s been on in Chattanooga for nearly three decades. He fills the position left by the untimely death of Gary Haskew (Doctor Basketball) on July 4, 2016. Hooker debuts Monday, August 29.
