And now Caroline Beasley is making big deals in the radio industry. The Naples Daily News does a nice profile piece on Beasley and her rise to the top of the company, where she is now acting CEO as her father, George Beasley, recovers from surgery. The paper points out Caroline studied accounting at night, moved up in various financial positions in the company, which eventually lead to her becoming CFO. She tells the paper, “My father was my mentor. I worked next to him as he bought and sold many stations. He taught me to be patient and to keep a deal win-win, but to never take no for an answer.”
