Patrick Pendergast is the new Director of Sales of the Milwaukee Radio Alliance stations in Milwaukee. Pendergast will oversee sales for FM 102/1 (WLUM-FM), B93.3 (WLDB-FM), and Milwaukee’s True Oldies Channel (WZTI-AM).
For Pendergast, it’s a homecoming of sorts. Born and raised in Milwaukee, he began his career there selling at the former WLZR-FM in 1985. In 1992, he joined Journal Broadcast Group as Sales Manager for WKTI-FM. From 1997 to 2006, he was with Arbitron as a Regional Account Manager in the Midwest. In 2006, Pendergast moved on to Midwest Communications where he was the Market Manager for a four-station cluster in Sheboygan, WI, before joining NextMedia in suburban Chicago as Vice President/General Manager in 2010. In 2014, he returned to Midwest Communications as Vice President/Market Manager for their four-station cluster in Lansing, MI.
