Cumulus is moving JACK FM (KCJK-FM) from 105.1 to 102.5 (which is a translator), and its Alternative station, from 102.5 to 105.1. The Alternative station will also pick up a new name — X 105.1, Kansas City’s Alternative.
The Alternative station originally debuted on 102.5 in November, 2015, as 102.5 The Underground. JACK has been on 105.1 for the past 12 years as an Adult Hits format.
