Entravision has appointed Angela Navarrete (pictured) to Senior VP of Integrated Marketing Solutions in McAllen, Texas, and Rene Morales to SP of Integrated Marketing Solutions in Las Vegas. Both will be responsible for selling Entravision’s media and marketing solutions across the company’s television, radio, and digital properties, in their respective markets.
Navarrete brings more than 26 years of experience working as a marketing and advertising industry professional in the Hispanic market, overseeing promotions, sales, and operations for a variety of platforms. Most recently, Navarrete served as the Vice President and General Manager of Digital Sales and Operations for a radio station group in El Paso, Texas, where she restructured the department by cross-training staff members to maximize resources. Navarrete gained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Texas, majoring in Industrial Marketing and minoring in International Business.
Morales started his career in sales, developing retail revenue for the Chicago Tribune newspaper, and eventually found his way into the broadcasting industry – previously working at Telemundo WSNS and Tribune’s CLTV News. Over a decade ago, he began his career as an Account Executive in Spanish-language media, where he ultimately worked his way up to become Vice President and General Manager of Digital Operations and Sales for a radio station group in Las Vegas, Nevada. There, he was accountable for local, national, political, and digital sales revenue. He is currently a member of the Nevada Broadcasters Association and was a recipient of the Chicago Metropolitan YMCA’s Hispanic Achiever of Industry award.
