Austin is moved up to the newly created position of Corporate Director of Programming for Delmarva Broadcasting. He’ll now be responsible for everything that goes out over the air on all none of the company’s radio stations. He’ll also keep his job as Operations Manager for WXCY-FM in Wilmington, DE.
Delmarva President Jeff Boden says, “Brad has demonstrated exemplary leadership skills since joining DBC. He has a strategic programming vision and a strong track record for super serving the listeners and generating results for our advertisers.”
Austin added, “I appreciate the confidence President Jeff Boden and WXCY General Manager Bob Bloom have placed in me with the creation of this position. Making local radio great, compelling and of service to our listeners is priority #1. Oh – and we plan to have a hell of a lot of fun doing it.”
