On Monday, iHeartMedia announced that Paul Kelley had been named area Senior VP of Programming for Arizona. Kelly will continue to Program KESZ and KYOT in Phoenix, and now help oversee programming in Tucson. He will focus on programming strategy and talent development in Tucson and continue to lead the two FM brands in Phoenix.
