A public hearing was held on Saturday for a 328-home neighborhood in Bethesda that is home to four WMAL towers. Toll Brothers is planning to buy the land from Cumulus and build the homes. Bethesda Magazine reports 150 residents showed up for the hearing where some neighbors weren’t buying the traffic projections the developers were pitching. Cumulus is hoping to bank $75 to $90 million from the land if the homes are approved and the sale goes through. Picture courtesy Bathesda Magazine
