Daniel Anstandig’s Futuri Media has acquired StreamOn, a company that specializes in streaming, podcasting, and social media for radio. Anstandig said, “To bring StreamOn’s innovations into the Futuri fold is a perfect match. We are like-minded in providing state-of-the-industry tools to broadcasters, and the StreamOn team has the vision to see where the puck is headed in terms of streaming and social.” StreamOn co-founder Andrew Snook becomes VP of Streaming Systems at Futuri. The terms of the deal were not announced.
