Radiate Media, which provides traffic solutions in the United States, has announced that it has entered into an option agreement to sell all of its assets to Global Traffic Network, a supplier of traffic information to broadcasters in Australia, Brazil, Canada, and the UK. Radiate Media’s products are used by over 2,000 television and radio stations. It was formed in 2011 after spinning out of Nokia, but has been providing audio and video traffic solutions since 1998 when it began as Traffic.com. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
