Sanders Steps On The Gas With Radio

Perhaps Bernie Sanders’ big wins on Saturday were propelled by his domination on radio last week. According to Media Monitors, Sanders’ campaign ran 3,358 spots and another 696 were run by the Healthcare Workers’ PAC National Nurses United For Patient Protection. That made his grand total for the last 10 days 4,054. Hillary Clinton dropped her radio schedule drastically, running only 143 radio ads, down from the 4,536 that her campaign aired in the last Media Monitors report.

On the Republican side, Donald Trump ran 243 spots, which was down from his 760 of the previous 10 days. Ted Cruz’s campaign aired 76 spots in the last 10 days, while the Trusted Leadership PAC added 151, making his total 227 spots. John Kasich For President ran 60 spots.
