Media Service Group’s Bill Whitley tells us Central Arkansas Radio Group is buying KLAZ-FM, KYRC-FM, KHRK-FM, and KBHS-AM in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The seller is Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation headed by William Nolan. Noalmark also owns stations in El Dorado, Arkansas, Hobbs, New Mexico, and Roswell, New Mexico. Central Arkansas Radio Group is headed by Greg Shinn, an Arkansas businessman who does not own any other radio stations. Whitley representing Central Arkansas Radio Group in the deal.
