Adams Radio has named Cheryl Salomone VP & Market Manager for its cluster of stations in Salisbury-Ocean City, replacing Phil LoCascio. Salomone leaves Townsquare where she was the Regional Vice President in Washington overseeing the Tri Cities and Yakima. Adams owns WOCQ-FM, WZBH-FM, WKHI-FM, and WBGB-FM in that market.
Prior to Townsquare Media, Salomone was GM for New Northwest Broadcasters in Tri Cities and GM for Clear Channel (Greensboro and Yakima). She began her 33-year career in radio on the financial side of the business as an Assistant Business Manager and rose to Corporate Controller of Sconnix Broadcasting.
