KVOO And KXBL Tulsa Get New PD

Greg Mozingo is the new program director for KVOO and KXBL, two Tulsa, Oklahoma, radio stations operated by The E.W. Scripps. He begins his new role on March 14. Mozingo comes to Tulsa from St. Louis where he was program director for the past 13 years at WIL-FM.

“Greg brings 35 years of success in country radio programming,” said David Abel, vice president and general manager for the Tulsa station group. “He has an impressive track record and we know he is the right choice to join our talented team at Scripps Radio Tulsa. In addition to his winning instincts on both the programming and sales sides, he is well-connected in the country music industry, having lead some of the biggest country brands in the Southeast throughout his career.”

Mozingo has additional experience directing programming at stations including WGKX-FM in Memphis, Tennessee, the radio cluster in Little Rock, Arkansas, stations in Columbia, South Carolina, and WESC-AM/FM in Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina.
