iHeartMedia Louisville announced Wednesday that Mary Walter will become a new weekday talk show host on NewsRadio 840 WHAS, effective February 29, 2016. The show will broadcast weekdays from 6-8 p.m. A talk radio veteran, Walter first gained notice as host of The Passion Phones on New Jersey 101.5 FM. A student of both human relationships and current events, she has since entertained and informed listeners in cities such as Omaha, Phoenix, Denver, and Washington, D.C. Walter has also appeared as a frequent contributor on SiriusXM Radio and the Fox News Channel.
