WLW Radio personality and local defense attorney faces charges of drug possession and operating a vehicle while impaired, according to TV station WCPO in Cincinnati. Wells was charged after being stopped by a trooper on I-75 after a call about an erratic driver.
The officer said he found pills on the front seat of Wells’ car when he stopped her. Wells faces four counts of Felony 5 drug possession, one count of first-degree misdemeanor drug possession, operating a vehicle while impaired and failure to drive in marked lanes.
