It was a DUI setup during the 2013 lawsuit between Bubba The Love Sponge and Todd Schnitt in Tampa that could wind up getting Bubba’s former lawyers disbarred. Stephen Diaco, Robert Adams, and Adam Filthaut are suspended from practicing law and have one month to stop representing all clients while it’s decided if they are disbarred. .
