Alpha Media in Palm Springs has named Paul Cashin PD at ESPN 103.9 Ooachella Valley. Cashin has been PD at K-News 94.3 (also owned by Alpha) for the past year. He’s also programmed news/talk and sports stations in New York, Birmingham, Grand Rapids and Lansing. In addition, Alpha has signed affiliate agreements with the L.A. Dodgers and L.A. Lakers.
