This is taking listener input to a whole new creative level. Hubbard’s 106.5 The Arch in St. Louis is asking listeners to help them come up with a concept for a new billboard campaign, which will run in the first quarter. The winner will get $5,000 — and their winning design will be displayed all over the streets and highways across the St. Louis Metro area. Listeners must be part of the station’s Rewards Club in order to be eligible to participate.
