WHIO has the details about Randy James Fitzsimmons, the former PD at WMMX in Dayton. He's in jail on charges that he committed a Nebraska bank robbery in Lincoln on July 29th by passing a note to a teller at the drive-through window.

Kevin Meeks worked at WJBO-AM in Baton Rouge from 1996 until 2015 when he was laid off. He died Friday after the motorcycle he was riding crashed.

Channel 8 in Des Moines reports that WHO's Jan Mickelson returned Thursday after suffering a stroke in late 2015. Mickelson said he received acupuncture treatment in China that included 2,400 needles. Substitute hosts have been filling his 9-11:30 a.m. show. Mickelson has been with WHO for over 27 years.
