Bell Moves From Florence to Savannah

Cumulus is moving Mike Bell over to Hip Hop station WEAS-FM in Savannah as the new PD. Bell was PD for Cumulus' mainstream Urban station WYNN-FM in Florence, SC. Prior to joining Cumulus, Bell was on the air and an APD in Tyler, TX, and Madison, WI.

His Side Show franchise has just reached 100 affiliates with the addition of WKBU Bayou 95.7 in New Orleans. Effective April 28, The Side Show Classic with Nikki Sixx will join the station’s Friday evening lineup in the 10 p.m. to midnight timeslot.

Staudt will oversee digital strategy for iHeartMedia’s six San Francisco stations, which includes all digital platforms, on-air personality websites, mobile, and social media. Staudt worked at Stitcher and as Executive Producer, WNEW in New York and KLLC in San Francisco.

A Promotion For Rush

Russell Rush has been promoted from APD to PD for iHeartMedia's Mix 96.1 in San Antonio. He keeps his midday shift on the station. Rush has been with iHeartMedia since 2005. He also hosts a weekly public affairs show that airs on all seven iHeart stations in San Antonio.

New PD For WYNK-FM Baton Rouge

Brittany Tully has taken up the PD reins for the iHeart Country station as of April 17. Tully will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of 101.5 WYNK-FM, which boasts a lineup that includes The Bobby Bones Show and Baton Rouge on-air personality Austin James.
