Chicago Media writer Robert Feder is reporting that Patti Vasquez lost her job at WGN-AM because an open mic caught her saying the F-word.
Feder says a newscast was airing during her show when another microphone was inadvertently switched on and picked up someone saying “F— you.” News anchor Roger Badesch then says: “Guys, your microphones are on in there, I do believe. Can we turn those microphones off?”
Vasquez hosted nights for five years before she was let go. Feder reports she plans to run for the Illinois State Senate.

Meanwhile, what a spineless response to a woman who blurted out like so many of us have and sometimes still do.
“Sorry, sorry, sorry.” would have been sufficient.
No sincerity required.
Shows why you were never in management, Robinson. Your brains are where you sit.
