After almost a half-century together, Seattle Seahawks General Manager John Schneider appeared on Bonneville's KIRO on Thursday to announce Seattle Sports 710 AM and KIRO Newsradio 97.3 FM will remain the team's flagship station in a new multi-year extension.

Educational Media Foundation has agreed to purchase KMJR (FM), licensed to Odem, Texas, and serving the Corpus Christi market, from Tejas Broadcasting for $432,000. Tejas is headed by James Anderson which has other broadcast interests in Corpus Christi.
