Washington’s WTOP was honored last week with an Innovation in Sales Award, presented by the Institute for Excellence in Sales. WTOP won out over 19 other finalists in the innovation category. Honorees were presented Friday, June 15, at the IES Award breakfast gala at the Fairview Park Marriott in Falls Church, VA.

Bubba Ratings Case Delayed Again

The trial was supposed to start today and has now been pushed back to Monday July 23, according to a new court filing. The filing also says the case is expected to take seven days. Bubba The Love Sponge (Todd Clem) is accused of ratings tampering by Nielsen by making contact with at least one PPM panelist.
