That announcement was made on Rush’s show Monday by his wife Kathryn who took calls from listeners with guest host Mark Steyn. Kathryn Limbaugh said, due to COVID, an in-person ceremony is not possible and she is in the early stages of planning a celebration of life that will be able to be viewed by his audience, friends and extended family.
