The home improvement giant rose more than 20 places to land at number two on the Media Monitors chart of the nation’s leading radio advertisers. The Depot had been quiet by its own standards for some time, but last week ran 47,697 spots. That was only a couple of thousand ads short of Progressive, which held onto the top position with 49,917. Similarly, L’Oréal stayed firm in third place, airing 41,917 ads. Rounding out the top five were Indeed (36,738) at fourth, just edging GEICO (36,381) which slipped from second to fifth.
